How to see Call history in Cloud PBX, see call flow, and report an issue with call

1. Login into Cloud PBX is you are not in

2. Click "Last Calls" on the left side. You see an option to select calls for today, this week or a month. You may apply online filtering and download call history as well.

3. If you click on the green or orange arrow in the left of call you see all call flow. Like if call arrived to a certain user, was forwarded, etc everything is reflected here. You may investigate how the call was handled.

4. If you had any issue with call you may "Report" exact call by clicking "Extinguisher" button on the right of call. Ticket will be generated and we check the issue. That is very important to report an exact call for a precise investigation.
