What should I know in regards to Calls Recording?

     Calls recording are provided to business customers only to business purposes. You may record calls for all or selected number of extensions under your account. All recordings are available to download from "VoIP MY Account" portal and may be forwarded to email once recording done. Currently calls recording on a trial stage without any fees and space/time for storage limitations involved. Later Australian Phone Company may introduce limitations for time or storage depending on user’s demands.


Very Important:

According to Australian law you must notify your customers that call may be recorded and explain purpose of this recording. That is a truly your responsibility to inform your customers/employee according to recorded calls.
